What our crew sets up on move-in day

Champion Moving is a moving company at 550 S Watters Rd in Allen. Move-in setup puts the jobs that usually wait until the boxes are gone into moving day itself. It suits new homeowners and renters who want a working house the first night.

One customer wrote that the crew “unmounted and remounted my tvs and washer and dryer” (Dia S., Google review, a year ago as of Oct 15, 2026). Pick the parts you need: TV mounting, appliance hookup, garage storage racks and furniture assembly.

TVs taken down and mounted

TVs taken down at the old place and mounted at the new one.

Washer, dryer and fridge hookup

Washer, dryer and fridge hooked up. No gas, hard-wiring or water heaters.

Garage racks installed

Racks installed in the garage, so boxes go up off the floor.

Beds and boxed furniture built

Beds rebuilt and new furniture assembled out of the box.

Appliance hookup is plug-in and connection work only. We don’t connect gas lines, hard-wire appliances or install water heaters; those need licensed trades.

Move-in services questions in Allen

Yes. TV mounting is one of our move-in extras. The crew takes the TV down at the old place and mounts it at the new one. One customer wrote that the crew “also mounted 4 TV’s” (Kristen H., Google review, 3 weeks ago as of Oct 15, 2026). More on TV mounting.

Yes, as plug-in and connection work: the washer to the hookups already in the house, the dryer plugged in and vented, and the fridge set in place and plugged in. We don’t do gas connections, hard-wiring or water heaters. More on appliance hookup.

Yes. Garage storage rack installation is one of our move-in extras. It is an install service: we put up the racks in your garage, and we don’t keep or store belongings. More on garage storage racks.

Gas connections, hard-wiring and water heaters. Hard-wiring an appliance to a circuit needs a TDLR licence (Texas Occupations Code §1305.151), and gas and water-heater work needs licensed trades. We stick to plug-in and hookup work for the washer, dryer and fridge.

Two documents. First, a written proposal that shows the maximum price, says whether it is binding or not-to-exceed, and states when and how payment is due and the mover’s liability for your goods, if any (43 TAC §218.56). Second, the TxDMV brochure “Your Rights and Responsibilities When You Move in Texas” (§218.55). Read both before the crew starts loading in Allen.
