Loading day in Allen

Daylight street loading

If your rental truck counts as a commercial vehicle or has more than two axles, Allen §9-227 lets it stand on the street only while loading or unloading, and never from 30 minutes after sunset to 30 minutes before sunrise.

Not on the lot overnight

The same ordinance keeps commercial vehicles off residential lots except while loading, so plan the rental pickup and return around the loading time.

Empty boxes after unloading

Allen picks up flattened moving boxes once, on a Saturday. Call 214.509.4551 by noon the day before.

HOA rules vary by community, so check yours before move day. Allen move-day rules
